MY FAVORITE BOARD GAMES GROWING UP IN THE 80s AND 90s

1. MONOPOLY- I love this game. Playing with my family this was great. All 4 of us sitting around trying to make the other go broke. LOL.

2. CHECKERS- This game requires thought to win. It is not really complicated like Chess but at the same time you have to think. I have spent countless hours playing checkers during the rain.

3. PICTIONARY- Now everyone loves this one. This game has kept me, my sister and my aunt Wendy laughing for hours on end. It is always fun trying to guess what someone is drawing cause we are usually wrong.

4. BACKGAMMON- This game requires a little strategy to win. But when your playing with your friends patience is key. I want to win so I can rub it in, that is just the way we were as kids growing up.

5.LIFE- Another classic game that has withstood the test of time. This game is relatively easy in game play but irregardless it is so fun to play with your family or friends.

6.BATTLESHIP- This is the ultimate two person game. Being able to look your opponent in the eye and say I sunk your battleship was timeless.

7. OPERATION- This game is for people of all ages. I started playing this game when I was 6 and I am now 33 years old and still like it.

8. SCRABBLE- This one was one of my favorites cause everyone liked it. Me and my buddy Jason used to play this in the late 80s.

9. CANDYLAND- A little corny but fun either way. When I was a child it was my favorite board game, not so much anymore.

10. CRANIUM- This one took a while to catch on but when it did it took off. You gotta use your noggin in this one if you hope to pull out the win.
