Awesome Hub!
These tennis players bring back so many memories! I remember watching the classic matches between Borg and McEnroe live on TV. I was a Borg fan at the time - I didn't particularly like the hot-headed new boy in the early days - these matches, even by todays standards are phenomenal. It didn't take me long though to see what a wonderful talent Mac was and personally, I think he shook up the elitist, stuck up Wimbledon community - and it definately needed a good a--e kicking!
For me Ivan Lendl was one of the best tennis players who never won Wimbledon. He used to prepare so hard for the tournament to give himself the best chance possible. He almost made it a couple of times - but sadly it wasn't to be.
Andre Agassi - well he is just Andre Agassi! I loved watching him play and the year he won Wimbledon was just sheer joy to watch!
Many thanks for another trip down memory lane. Fantastic hub. Voted up + awesome!
